“But Moses pleaded with the Lord, “O Lord, I’m not very good with words. I never have been, and I’m not now, even though you have spoken to me. I get tongue-tied, and my words get tangled.” Then the Lord asked Moses, “Who makes a person’s mouth? Who decides whether people speak or do not speak, hear or do not hear, see or do not see? Is it not I, the Lord?” Exodus 4:10-11, (NLT)

Who makes your mouth? I get tongue-tied and my words tangled. I’m not good with words. Moses pleaded with God again. Moses focused on his own words and his own ability to convey God’s message. God in ALL His patience, responded again. Who makes your mouth, Moses? Who decides if you speak or not? Who decides whether you hear or see? I Am the Lord. Moses, I just need you to go! I will put My words in your mouth. I will allow you to see all you need and I will speak into your ear. Moses, this NOT about you, it’s about Me. You are the vessel, the channel, the chosen tool. I know who you are and I chose You, not because you are perfect. When we are little in our own eyes, God is mighty. God calls the least likely to perform great and mighty works on His behalf. He simply wants a surrendered vessel to flow thru. God says, open your mouth and I will speak. If natural words, natural ability or natural power could accomplish the tasks, it’s not Me and I Am not involved. This victory, this deliverance requires a spiritual, a supernatural work accomplished in and through me alone. Pharaoh must see God working in and through an insufficient vessel. Thus, glorifying God. The world has seen enough of man, it now needs to see the power and hear the words of The Lord Almighty. It is time out for the stuttering words of man, the babbling of eloquent men . . . The harvest is ready. Deliverance is predicated on the words of God who can touch the deep places of the heart, the core of the soul. This deliverance will not be easy, nor accomplished in natural ability but the supernatural power of a mighty God. Open your mouth Moses, God is speaking!
