“How much bread do you have?” He asked. “Go and find out.” They came back and reported, “We have five loaves of bread and two fish.” Mark 6:38, (NLT)

How much do you have . . . The disciples didn’t have a clue of what was available. Looking at the size of the task, they quickly spoke the problem. Jesus said, before you say we have nothing, check. All He needed was a seed. He asked, for bread but there was more, two fish. Turns out they had more than He required for the task ahead. Not only, could He give them bread but meat as well. He instructed them to place what you have in My hand and trust Me. Jesus said, allow Me to be the God of multiplication. God has placed in each man a measure of faith. He just needs it yielded to the Master’s hand. What’s in our hands, what can we surrender for the miracle we need? With two fish and five loaves, He fed a community. How much more can God accomplish through, what’s in our hands. Let us take inventory, do we have two fish, five loaves or simply some oil. He only needs a mustard seed.
